ANSWERS TO COMMON QUESTIONS

Can I get a notarised contract for my Bulgarian residency application?
Yes, some of our apartments have owners based in Bulgaria who are able to sign a notarised contract for you. You will be asked to sign a rental contract and pay rent for a minimum of 12 months, which is the legal requirement. Many owners will ask for a larger deposit and the notary fees to be covered.
What is the minimum stay - Summer and Winter?
During the summer months we offer a 1-month minimum contract. During the winter ski season, we offer a 3-month minimum contract.
Will I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, a deposit equivalent to the 1st month’s rent will be taken at the point you reserve the property and sign the contact. This will secure your reservation and will also act as a damage deposit from the time you move in.
Who pays the utility bills - electricity and water?
It is the Tenants responsibility to pay these bills additionally. They are not included in the rental price.
What payment methods are accepted?
Bank Transfer, Transferwise, Revolut, Paypal and other bank-to-bank transfer routes. Any transfer costs will be at the expense of the Tenant.
Are there any cleaning costs when I leave?
Yes, payment for this service will be taken on your arrival at the same time as you pay the deposit. It will cover the end of stay cleaning and laundry.
